Weatherford Performance Training (WPT) is owned and operated by former Virginia Tech Fullback and Team Captain Carlton Weatherford. WPT is a business specializating in Personal Training for adults and Sports Performance Training for athletes. Carlton is a certified strength and conditioning coach through the CSCCA (SCCC) and CSPS (MORR).
PERSONAL TRAINING
WPT offers Personal Training for people of all ages. All programs are custom designed according to the goals of the client. Carlton's specializations include fat loss, cholesterol reduction, lean muscle improvement, cardiovascular conditioning, balance, coordination, stability, and mobility. Whether your goal is to gain muscle, lose fat, prepare for competition, or maintain an active lifestyle, WPT can accomodate you.
SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING
The primary goal of WPT is to enhance athletic performance by focusing on sports specific movement, speed, agility, and strength training. Training with WPT allows you to gain an edge in your competitve sport by becoming a quicker, faster, and stronger athlete. WPT prides itself not only on enhancing athletic performance but also focusing on injury prevention and assisting the athlete to become a better and more well rounded athlete.
