WPT offers Personal Training for people of all ages.  All programs are custom designed according to the goals of the client.  Carlton's specializations include fat loss, cholesterol reduction, lean muscle improvement, cardiovascular conditioning, balance, coordination, stability, and mobility.  Carlton is a certified strength and conditioning coach through the CSCCA (SCCC) and CSPS (MORR).  Whether your goal is to gain muscle, lose fat, prepare for competition, or maintain an active lifestyle, WPT can accomodate you.
